Lina Sommer is the Foundation Manager of the Guenter Thiele Foundation and Partnerships Manager of the Academic Society for Business Management & Communication. She is responsible for the administration and digitalization of the foundation and, in the absence of Sandra Binder-Tietz, is in charge of the operational management of the foundation’s activities.

After studying humanities and social sciences in Germany, Sweden, and Canada, she worked as a lecturer and research assistant. Her professional background spans organizational development, communication, and project management, including her role as Deputy Director of an arts and media agency in Halifax, Canada. Most recently, she was responsible for communications for a Europe-wide social innovation project at Social Impact gGmbH.
